The press uses two instruments: PAPER and PLATE.

Conditions

Each movement has a condition. Printing needs a qualifying run above the expansion threshold. Shredding needs PAPER below target. Neither instrument is a dollar claim, and no movement is guaranteed.

Read PAPER and PLATE. Below target, the press also opens the Shredder, where PAPER can be burned for RECEIPT.
